Welcome to Love Vocals! As a seller on our platform, you are an integral part of our ecosystem, helping to create a vibrant marketplace for vocal artists. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and successful experience on Love Vocals.

Introduction

Love Vocals is an all-encompassing ecosystem and end-to-end solution designed to support vocal artists at every stage of their career. It facilitates artists in writing, recording, and distributing original vocal tracks, while also providing a marketplace where these tracks can be showcased and sold to producers, DJs, and labels. This platform serves as a comprehensive hub for creativity, collaboration, and commerce, empowering vocalists to maximize their potential and reach in the music industry.

Marketplace Structure

Creator Marketplace and Pro Marketplace

• Two Marketplaces: The Love Vocals marketplace is divided into two sections: the Creator Marketplace and the Pro Marketplace.
• Creator Marketplace: This marketplace is accessible to all creators. Creators can only view and purchase content within the Creator Marketplace.
• Pro Marketplace: Pro content and vocals are exclusively accessible to the Pro community, which is strictly vetted to ensure professionalism. Pro members can also access and purchase from the Creator Marketplace.
• Safety and Professionalism: This structure is designed to ensure your safety and to ensure that you work with professionals.

Seller Responsibilities

Building and Managing Your Store

• Store Setup: You are responsible for building and managing your store on Love Vocals. Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
• Store Presentation: Showcase yourself in the best light by completing all steps during the store setup and maintaining a professional and appealing storefront.
• Own Policies: Create and clearly display your own terms and conditions for your store, adhering to Love Vocals guidelines. You are 100% responsible for everything you sell.

Copyright and Ownership

• Copyright Ownership: You must ensure that you own the copyright to all works uploaded to Love Vocals. This includes having the necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to offer the vocal tracks for sale.
• Published Work Notification: Inform buyers if the work is already published or under copyright control

Pricing and Refunds

• Setting Prices: You are responsible for setting the prices of your vocal tracks. If you are unsure about what to charge, click here for more information (What should I charge?).
• Refund Policy: You must create your own terms and conditions for refunds and display them clearly on your store page. Handle all refund requests promptly and fairly.

Delivery of Files

• WAV File Delivery: Upon the purchase of a vocal track, you must send the WAV file to the buyer within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the initiation of a refund, and you will lose the sale. After three failures to deliver on time, your account will be suspended.
• Holiday Notification: If you go on holiday or are otherwise unavailable, you are responsible for either pausing your store or leaving a message informing buyers when they can expect the WAV file. Additionally, notify Love Vocals support if you are unable to send files on time.

Public Liability Insurance

• Insurance Requirement: You are responsible for having public liability insurance to cover any potential claims related to your activities on Love Vocals.

Communication and Conduct

• Respectful Interaction: Maintain a respectful and professional manner in all interactions with buyers and other users on the platform.
• Professional Communication: Respond to buyer inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Ambassador Role: As a seller, you are an ambassador and advocate for all vocalists and their craft. By participating on Love Vocals, you agree to uphold this role.

Security and Quality

• Low-Resolution Previews: For security purposes, upload low-resolution MP3 studio recordings of your vocal tracks with a backing track or watermark to prevent audio hijacking or abuse.
• Quality Standards: Ensure that all uploaded vocals meet high-quality standards. This includes clarity, proper mixing, and overall production quality.

Refusing Sales

• Right to Refuse: You have the discretion to refuse a sale and refund the buyer if you do not wish to work with them.
• Discretion on Buyers: If a buyer you do not want to work with purchases your track, you can choose to refund their money.

Account Management

• Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of purchased vocal tracks. Love Vocals will hold your payment until the WAV file is sent to the buyer.

Support and Termination

• Love Vocals Support: While you remain on the site, you will be supported by Love Vocals. If you choose to leave the site, Love Vocals will not provide further assistance.
• Account Suspension: Your account may be suspended if you fail to uphold the agreement to send WAV files in a timely manner.

Additional Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Complete all information accurately on the upload product page, as it will be reflected in the store front.
• Store Policies: Create and manage your own policies for your store, adhering to Love Vocals guidelines.
• Professional Representation: Ensure all your store information is accurate and presents you in a professional manner.

Contracts and Licensing

• Automatic Contracts: Love Vocals offers automatic contracts. You are responsible for selecting the correct contract and licensing label with each product.

Vocal Quality Requirements
